The Pareto Group’s Southgate Mall in the South of Johannesburg has spent the last couple of years undertaking consumer research to inform improvements to the property’s development pipeline and improvements to the consumer experience.
The insight gathered from extensive research has led to further developments over the years: the transport hub which was built in 2016 to add convenience to the surrounding communities daily commute, followed by the refurb of the ablutions in 2017 which delighted our shoppers and generated buzz around Southgate’s newly upgraded facilities.
