Mashadi Kgatla - Financial Manager
Mashadi joined Pareto in September 2010 as Financial Manager. Mashadi is studying towards her CA (SA) qualification and has passed Part 1 of her Board Exams.
She worked as a Financial Manager/Director at Nehawu Investment Holdings (NIH) for a period close to two years where she was responsible for the full financial management role and reported directly to EXCO, the Audit and Risk Committee as well as the Board. Mashadi was responsible for financial reporting, systems and controls implementation, human resources, taxation and investment analysis and also sat on the Investment Committee.
Prior to joining NIH, Mashadi served her articles with both SASOL and the Office of the Auditor General. During January 2003 to December 2004 and prior to starting her articles, Mashadi worked in different junior financial roles at the Department of Public Works and LABOREMUS Organization.
Samuel Ramuhashi - Risk Manager
Samuel joined Pareto as the Risk Manager in February 2011. He is mainly responsible for enterprise wide risk management, insurance administration, internal audit management, coordination of property valuations and the management of head office information technology (IT).
A B.Com Accounting graduate from the University of Pretoria, he completed his articles at SizweNtsaluba vsp now known as SizweNtsalubaGobodo. He is a member of the IIASA (Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa) and is currently studying towards his CIA qualification. Part 1 and Part 2 of the CIA exams have been completed.
His previous work experience includes Audit Supervisor at SizweNtsaluba vsp, supervising audits at MTN SP, Eskom Generation (Arnot Power Station), Face Technologies, Arivia .kom and Pareto Limited. Group Financial Manager at Pareto Ltd in 2009 and Group Financial Manager at Matome Maponya Investments.
Palesa Pitse - Management Accountant
Palesa joined Pareto in 2009 from Bowman Gilfillan where she was the management accountant.
A B.Com Hons. (Fin Man.) graduate from the University of Johannesburg, she is currently studying towards completing her CIMA qualification.
Her previous work experience includes AVUSA and ESKOM where she was also responsible for Capital Buying as well as Strategic Sourcing within Supply Chain Projects.
Ratloane Koloko - Junior Accountant
Ratloane joined Pareto in 2007 as a book keeper after a year with Trendy Trading.
A B.Com graduate from the University of Transkei (UNITRA), he has also completed a National Diploma in Cost & Management Accounting from UNISA.
His previous book-keeping experience includes seven years with UNITRA as well as three years with Pascal Papers.
Prenisha Singh - Legal & Admin Assistant
Prenisha joined Pareto in 2011 from Group Five Construction where she was a paralegal in the Legal and Compliance department.
She is currently studying towards her LLB degree, and previously completed National Diplomas in both Business Management & Administration as well as Paralegal Studies.
Prenisha comes from a strong legal background which spans various corporates such as BP Southern Africa and Everite, where she worked within the legal and compliance departments. In the Pareto portfolio, she is responsible for the legal and administrative support function to the Company Secretary.
