The members of the Executive Committee, or “exco”, of Pareto, are:

Marius H. Muller
Marius was appointed as Managing Director of Pareto Limited in May 2010. He has been involved in the property industry since 1993. He is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds both a B.Sc. (Q.S.) and M.B.A. degree.
He has served on numerous industry bodies which have included RICS, SACSC, SAPOA, SAIBPP, ASAQS and SAIB.
Marius has an affinity for the retail property sector and has functioned in various related roles. These have included leasing, financing, project management, development management and asset management.
Prior to joining Pareto he was extensively involved with the listing of Resilient Property Income Fund on the JSE Stock Exchange.
During his association with the Resilient Group, he served as an Executive Director of listed property companies Resilient, Diversified, Pangbourne and i-Four, also holding the appointment of Managing Director at i-Four.
Nomzamo Radebe
Nomzamo is Financial Director of Pareto Limited, having joined the company in May 2006.
She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with an extensive appreciation of the property industry, having completed various property courses.
Amongst her numerous responsibilities she is in charge of financial reporting, enterprise management, manages the insurance portfolio and its investment, IT systems and treasury risk management, which includes cash flow management.
She is also a non-executive director of Munich Reinsurance Company of Africa Limited and the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors.
Prior to joining Pareto, she worked in the National Treasury's Asset and Liability Unit where she monitored the performance of state-owned enterprises and gave advice on various strategic initiatives of such enterprises.
Between 2001 and 2004, she worked in Sasol's treasury unit as a Treasury Operations Manager, playing an important role in managing the company's treasury risks and developing treasury management systems. Nomzamo completed her articles with KPMG.
Nashil Chotoki
Nashil joined Pareto in 2007 as an asset manager and in April 2008 was appointed to the position of General Manager: Operations. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and has also obtained a Certificate in Shopping Centre Management and Advanced Shopping Centre Leadership from the University of Pretoria.
Prior to joining Pareto, he worked for JHI Property Services, Gensec Property Management, Hyprop and Johnnic Retail, where he was head of leasing for Exclusive Books and NuMetro Cinemas on a national basis. His 12 years of property experience encompasses all facets of retail property, representing property management, developments, retailers and property owners.
Nashil is also a Board member of the Sandton Hotel consortium and a member of the Gauteng Chapter of the South African Council of Shopping Centres.
As the head of group operations for Pareto, his primary role is to direct the asset management functions. In addition, he is in charge of corporate marketing, Corporate Social Investment and procurement activities for the group.
Osafo Darko Gyimah
Osafo joined Pareto in April 2008. Osafo, a holder of a BSc Honours degree in Land Economy, a Masters degree in Building Science, and a Masters in Business Administration, is a member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Building; he is also registered with the South African Council for the Construction and Project Managers’ Professions as a professional Project Manager.
After starting out in the property industry as a portfolio manager at JHI, he later worked as Property Network Developer for McDonalds, South Africa.
He has also worked for the Construction Industry Development Board as Best Practice Manager
and at Woolworths Real Estate as Senior Real Estate Manager.
